本文以社区体育场地为研究对象，聚焦健康中国战略与体育文化传承视域下的照明优化展开探讨。通过剖析社区体育照明现状及存在的设计单一、光照不合理、文化缺失等问题，提出“健康照明—文化传承—运动激励”三位一体优化体系，结合案例阐述策略，为相关实践提供参考。

This article takes community sports venues as the research object, focusing on the optimization of lighting from the perspective of the Healthy China strategy and sports culture inheritance. By analyzing the current situation of community sports lighting and the existing problems such as single design, unreasonable lighting, and cultural deficiency, a three in one optimization system of "healthy lighting cultural inheritance sports motivation" is proposed, and strategies are explained through case studies to provide reference for relevant practices.
