风力发电机内部塔筒、机舱及轮毂等关键区域多是密闭、昏暗的环境,传统金卤灯等高耗能照明存在散热强、响应慢、寿命短等弊端,难以满足绿色运维与安全保障需求,节能型照明技术兼具低能耗、冷光源特性及动态调光能力,为复杂工况的检修照明提供了解决方案。本文围绕节能型照明技术在风电检修中的综合效能展开定量分析,重点考察其节能水平、照度均匀性及作业安全性,以期为风电场智能化、低碳化运维提供参考依据。
Abstract:The key areas inside wind turbines,such as the tower,cabin and hub,are mostly closed and dim environments.Traditional high-energy-consuming lighting such as metal halide lamps has disadvantages such as strong heat dissipation,slow response and short lifespan,which are difficult to meet the requirements of green operation and maintenance and safety guarantee.Energy-saving lighting technology,which combines low energy consumption,cold light source characteristics and dynamic dimming capabilities,provides a solution for maintenance lighting in complex working conditions.This article conducts a quantitative analysis on energy-efficient lighting technology in wind power maintenance,with a focus on examining their energy-saving level,uniformity of illuminance,and operational safety,with the aim of providing a reference basis for the intelligent and low-carbon operation and maintenance of wind farms.
