This paper addresses the current situation in China where there is a lack of specialized national standards or laws and regulations for automotive headlight drive controllers(headlight ECUs).It conducts an in-depth analysis of the resulting difficulties in technology research and development,product quality control,market competition,and industrial upgrading.By incorporating the latest national standards released in 2024 and prev ailing industry development trends,the paper investigates the impact mechanisms of this standards deficit on technological innovation and market competition.Furthermore,it proposes a framework and implementation pathway for constructing a national standard system for headlight ECUs.The aim is to provide a reference for promoting the formulation of relevant national standards and fostering the healthy development of the automotive electronics industry.
