国家标准GB/T 30117.4—2023《灯和灯系统的光生物安全第4部分:测量方法》修改采用IEC TR 62471-4:2022,规定了评估灯和灯系统光生物安全的两种测量方法(A级高精度实验室方法和B级便携式仪器估计方法)以及辐射度和光谱辐射度测量的实用方法。本文介绍了标准的背景、适用范围,结合标准核心表格深入分析测量方法的原理、操作步骤及仪器要求,并探讨标准对相关行业的影响及实施建议,旨在帮助相关人员更好地理解和应用该标准,提升灯和灯系统的光生物安全水平。
Abstract:The national standard GB/T 30117.4—2023, " Photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems-Part 4:Measuring methods" is equivalent to IEC TR 62471-4:2022 and specifies two measurement methods for evaluating the photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems(Class A high-precision laboratory method and Class B portable instrument estimation method),as well as practical methods for radiance and spectral radiance measurements.The article introduces the background and scope of application of the standard,and provides an in-depth analysis of the principles,operational steps,and instrument requirements of the measurement methods,combined with the core tables of the standard.It also discusses the impact of the standard on related industries and implementation suggestions,aiming to help relevant personnel better understand and apply the standard and enhance the photobiological safety level of lamps and lamp systems.
