本文围绕LED照明产品随时间的光输出变化,就是俗称的"闪烁"或者"频闪",从定义入手,通过比较系统地梳理国际上有关"闪烁"评价领域的标准化工作的发展,提供给国内照明界的广大同仁、政府有关领导、特别是有关标准化专家一个比较有价值的参考。期待国内的照明产业界在"闪烁"的评价方面早日形成共识。
Abstract：This paper starts with the definition of light output change with time of LED ighting products,which is commonly called 'flicker' or 'strobe',and systematically analyzes the recent progress of lighting "flicker " evaluation relevant international standardization development to provide a valuable reference to government officials,lighting industry peers and especially the standardization. Look forward to the early consensus of the domestic lighting industry in the " flicker" evaluation.
