摘要:

皮带机润滑系统智能化控制直接影响设备运行效率,传统润滑控制存在监测精度低、状态识别困难、响应滞后等问题。智能照明指示技术与润滑控制系统融合为解决技术难题提供创新路径,该装置通过多参数传感器实现润滑状态实时感知,建立润滑参数与照明信号智能映射关系,采用多色LED编码技术显示润滑状态。装置构建照明指示驱动的自适应决策算法,实现润滑过程精准控制,实验表明,该装置有效提升润滑系统响应速度和控制精度。

Abstract:

The intelligent control level of belt conveyor lubrication systems directly aff ects equipment operational e fficiency. Traditional lubrication control suff ers from low monitoring precision, di fficult status identification, and delayed response. The integration of intelligent lighting indication technology with lubrication control systems provides an innovative approach to solving these technical challenges. This device achieves real-time lubrication status sensing through multi-parameter sensors, establishes intelligent mapping relationships between lubrication parameters and lighting signals, and employs multi-color LED encoding technology to display lubrication status. The device constructs adaptive decision algorithms driven by lighting indication to achieve precise lubrication process control. Experiments demonstrate that this device eff ectively improves the response speed and control precision of lubrication systems.
