本文基于大数据分析方法,系统梳理居民、商业和工业照明负荷的时序特征及响应能力,深入分析节假日和季节变化对负荷的影响,并结合负荷特性,提出基于分时电价、容量电价和实时电价的多元化、差异化电价设计思路,以匹配不同用户需求,实现精准的电价激励。最后,探讨电力企业如何利用智能计量和信息化平台,开展用户画像和个性化电价套餐推送,构建营销激励与用户引导机制,从而提升用电效率与客户满意度。

Abstract:

This paper is based on the method of big data analysis, and the time series characteristics and response capability of residential, commercial and industrial lighting load are combed. The influence of holidays and seasonal changes on load is deeply analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of load, this paper proposes a diversified and diff erentiated electricity price design based on time-of-use price, capacity price and real-time price, which matches diff erent user needs and realizes accurate electricity price incentive mechanism. Finally, we explore how power use intelligent metering and information platform to carry out user portraits and personalized electricity price package push, build a marketing incentive and user guidance mechanism, and improve power consumption e fficiency and customer satisfaction.
