本文系统分析了节能型路灯技术路径及其对电力营销模式的深远影响,揭示了传统电量收益下降对营销策略带来的挑战,并探讨“售电+服务”模式、合同能源管理(EMC)等新兴营销方式的转变机理。研究显示,节能改造不仅优化了路灯系统能效,还推动了电力企业从单纯售电向综合服务转型,实现了市场与技术的双重升级。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the technical paths of energy-saving streetlight retrofits and their impact on traditional power marketing models. It highlights how reduced electricity sales challenge old strategies, and explores new models like “power sales + services” and Energy Management Contracts(EMC). Results show that streetlight retrofits not only improve energy e fficiency but also drive power companies to shift from simple electricity sales to comprehensive service models, promoting both market and technical progress.
