摘要:

截至2025年,全国地下停车场数量已超100万个,其中80%以上采用传统LED照明方案,无人时段持续亮灯导致能源浪费严重。为解决传统地下车库存在的过度照明与能源损耗问题,本研究着力于微波感应技术及物联网通信技术在停车场照明领域的价值实践,同时结合AI应用,以减少人工成本及赋能停车库照明发展。本研究以地产项目案例为载体,从行业-社会-国家的角度探究了停车场照明物联应用的思路及价值。文章论证了AI赋能节能减排的有效性,并对停车库照明现存问题及未来方向展开了论述和展望。

Abstract:

By 2025,the number of underground parking lots across China has exceeded 1,000,000,with over 80% reliant on traditional LED lighting systems resulting in significant energy waste due to persistent illumination during unoccupied periods.To address the challenges of excessive lighting and inefficient energy consumption prevalent in conventional underground parking garages,this study investigates the practical application value of integrating microwave sensing technology with Internet of Things(IoT) communication within garage lighting systems.Furthermore,leveraging artificial intelligence(AI),the proposed system aims to reduce labor costs while enhancing illumination intelligence and operational efficiency.Utilizing a real-world real estate project as a case study,the research explores the design philosophy and multi-dimensional value of IoT-enabled lighting solutions across economic,social,and regulatory dimensions.This study demonstrates the efficacy of AI-driven energy conservation and emissions reduction.Finally,the paper discusses current deployment challenges and future research directions,highlighting existing implementation barriers alongside prospects for functional expansion and deeper integration within smart building eco systems.
