我国青少年近视问题严峻,现有防控手段存在局限,环境光因素在近视防控中的作用日益受到关注,健康光显技术提供了新方向。动态光调控通过瞳孔-睫状肌-晶状体联动调节、视网膜多巴胺分泌调控、眼轴长度光学调控等机制防控近视。技术实现上,动态光源模拟自然光,光谱调控技术优化光谱。临床试验显示,动态光干预可减缓近视进展速度、控制眼轴增长且安全性高。目前该技术面临标准化、个性化方案及跨领域协同等挑战,未来需加强相关研究,推动其成为近视防控重要手段。
Abstract:The myopia problem among Chinese adolescents has become severe, with existing prevention and control methods having limitations. Environmental light factors have gained increasing attention in myopia prevention, and healthy light display technology off ers a new direction. Dynamic light regulation prevents and controls myopia through mechanisms such as pupil-ciliary muscle-lens linkage regulation, retinal dopamine secretion regulation, and optical regulation of axial length. In technical implementation, dynamic light sources simulate natural light, and spectral regulation technology optimizes the light spectrum. Clinical trials show that dynamic light intervention can slow down myopia progression, control axial length growth, and is highly safe. Currently, the technology faces challenges such as standardization, personalized intervention schemes, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. In the future, relevant research should be strengthened to promote it as an important means for myopia prevention and control.
