摘要：

正在起草中的IEC 60598-1第8版首次以LED为关注焦点对标准进行修订,其中蓝光危害的要求引用了IEC/TR 62778的要求。以修订中的IEC 60598-1第8版CDV文件考虑的灯具蓝光危害的标记和结构要求为切入点,介绍IEC 62471和IEC/TR 62778标准的相关要求,以及灯具产品进行蓝光评价的一般方法。

Abstract：

The 8TH edition of IEC 60598-1 being drafted now will be revised version focused on LED,and the requirement for blue light hazards refers to IEC/TR 62778.Considering the requirements for mark and structure of the CDV of IEC 60598-1 8TH edition as a start point,this article introduces the related requirements of IEC 62471 and IEC/TR 62778 and the general requirements for evaluating the blue hazards of luminaires.
