摘要:

为有效解决传统LED驱动电源在高压输入工况下的电压传输比低、输出电流纹波大等问题,文章提出一种基于二次型Buck功率因数校正(PFC)变换器的交错并联LED驱动电源,在传统的二次型Buck PFC电路基础上并联一组开关网络,包括开关管、二极管、电感和电容,形成两相交错并联结构,并详细阐述其主电路拓扑结构、交错控制策略,并采用固定相位差的PI控制策略实现恒流输出。实验结果表明,该方案功率因数达到0.98以上,转换效率达92.3%,输出电流纹波控制在3%以内,能有效提高输出电流质量,可以为高性能LED驱动电源设计提供可靠解决方案。

Abstract:

To effectively address issues such as low voltage tansfer ratio and high output current ripple in traditional LED driver power supplies under high-voltage input conditions,this paper proposes an interleaved parallel LED driver power supply based on a secondary Buck power factor correction(PFC) converter.Building upon the conventional secondary Buck PFC circuit,a switching network consisting of switching transistors,diodes,inductors,and capacitors is added in parallel to form a two-phase interleaved parallel structure.The main circuit topology and interleaved control strategy are detailed.A fixed-phase difference PI control strategy is employed to achieve constant current output.Experimental results demonstrate that this solution achieves a power factor exceeding 0.98,a conversion efficiency of 92.3%,and output current ripple controlled within 3%,effectively improving output current quality.It provides a reliable solution for the design of high-performance LED driver power supplies.
